What currency are prices in?+
All prices are shown and charged in USD (US dollars), wherever you shop from.
How will the charge appear on my statement?+
Your card statement will show “ALMAYARHOME DECOR”.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection (TLS 1.2+) by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $120; otherwise it is calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import duties?+
International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
How are fragile items packed?+
Mirrors, glass and metal pieces are double-boxed with edge protection and shipped insured. Please inspect on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?+
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene and fragility reasons, opened textiles and mirrors are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
A piece arrived damaged — what now?+
Email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for transit damage at no cost to you.
Products & Values
Are your designs religious symbols?+
No. Our entire range is a purely decorative, lifestyle aesthetic built from abstract and geometric motifs. We do not produce or depict religious symbols, sacred texts, or any community's ceremonial imagery.
Are the battery candles safe?+
Our lanterns use flameless battery candles — no open flame. Keep batteries away from children and follow the included usage and safety notes.
